NERIST NEE 2020 Exam Rescheduled, Admit Card Expected on 25 September

The North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology has rescheduled NERIST NEE 2020 examination. As per the official notification, NERIST NEE I will be held on 11 October 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm. While NERIST NEE II and III will be conducted on 10 October 2020 from 10 am to 1 pm. The candidates who haad registered themselves earlier will be able to download the NERIST NEE 2020 Admit Card starting from 25 September 2020. The admit card will be made available for students to download from neeonline.ac.in the official website. An SMS and email notification will be sent to the registered candidates for the same.

The NERIST NEE was previously scheduled for 8 and 9 August 2020; however, it was delayed due to the COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdown. As per the notice issued by concerned authorities, the exam will now be conducted after proper preparation and protocols issued by the Ministry of Health Affairs.

About NERIST NEE

The NERIST Entrance Exam is conducted by the North Eastern Regional Institute of Science and Technology. It is held for admissions into Base (NEE I), Diploma (NEE II) and Degree (NEE III) modules of engineering and technology stream. It also enroles candidates for the Degree module of Forestry stream through NEE II (PCB). The exam will be conducted online in a multiple-choice question format with the maximum marks being 150. Candidates who qualify their respective exams have to participate in the counselling process. They will be eligible for admission into various institutions offering the degrees as mentioned earlier.
